When you create your cartoon, you will either work or composite your work in one master FLA, or you will composite in some other software (such as After Effects). It is important to decide how you will organize your production very early in the process, as that decision can have a major impact on how to proceed. If the cartoon is very short, and you work in one FLA, your main concerns may be file size and playback issues.

This can impact how you create your backgrounds and how you execute your camera mechanics and other transitions just like creating those infographics by an infographic company. If you are working with a small team and compositing your work back into a master FLA, you must keep very strict watch on your naming conventions to avoid library conflicts, which can produce unexpected results. If you are animating in Flash and doing your compositing or editing elsewhere, you must decide whether you are doing your camera mechanics in Flash and plan accordingly.

It Shows You Can

One reason why you should always take care of work conflicts immediately is because it shows everyone that you can.  Your coworkers will not be afraid to bring their conflicts to you.  They will know that even if the conflict that they have is with you that you know how to work through these conflicts to restore peace to your working environment.  Also, those who are higher up in your company will take notice of you taking the initiative in resolving workplace conflicts.  They will know that you can handle difficult situations successfully.

It Keeps Conflicts From Growing

Another reason to handle workplace conflicts as soon as possible is to keep them from getting worse.  Anyone who has left a workplace conflict unresolved knows that these issues don’t just go away.  They tend to fester and get worse as time goes by.  Bad feelings that are harboured over a long period of time damage relationships and create uncomfortable working environments for everyone, not just those involved in the conflict.

You should try to resolve conflicts immediately because it just creates an environment that is more fun to work in.  Again, this goes for the people in the conflict as well as for the people who just work with the people in the conflict.  Happy workers are better workers so you want to do what you can to keep the workplace happy.

If you wait for someone else to resolve the workplace conflict then you could be waiting for a long time.  It does not matter who started a workplace conflict or who is at fault.  If it is allowed to continue then everyone could suffer.  You should try to resolve a workplace conflict immediately also because it can become more difficult to resolve as time goes by.
