Software may takes time to develop. After developing software, the sales must go on. Before selling takes place, Alpha testing is done. Alpha testing is a type of testing programs only for programmers and developers inside the software industry. After alpha testing, the beta testing will be the next, where users and public are allowed to send bugs and comments to the developers for possible revision. Beta testing is already a good strategy for software developers to let the users know about the product. It is an effective marketing strategy for developers to let the users know the product.
During the beta testing, you may allow your tester to have the software for free for a limited time, this will give them attraction to test the software. Satisfied users will be able to use your software and buy it. They might also refer to other users that makes your sales better.

Private Company is known to have pressured work compared to the Public Organizations. The research is focusing on Low Level Management where Organization with Local Branches with a centralized Top Level Management only. Nearly all of the employees of feel the pressures of modern life, even of not being able to accomplish everything. The possible question can be what the remedy is. Especially when the organization belong to the branches of a huge organization.
When you are in the lower management, you should follow protocol to the top organization, and you cannot create your own policy. The problems may occur when top management delays the communication to the lower management. Compared to public organization or government, lower positions or management can implement possible rules and regulation to its subordinates. Mainly the goal of each organization is to maintain profits, but need also to consider possible top management issues that may affect the organization.
